Femoral Head Resurfacing: Appropriate Patient Selection
Hip resurfacing arthroplasty is a highly successful procedure when used to treat patients with osteoarthritis who have failed nonoperative treatment methods. The combination of appropriate selection criteria and operative techniques with a goal of decreasing postoperative complications to provide the most successful outcomes will be discussed.
